5 months after inoculation (August 2025 – January 2026)
Our R&D trees in Malaysia are showing exceptional resin formation and strong growth, closely monitored by Dr. Mun Theng and Dr. Saiful from UMPSA. Formation rates are consistent with OUDIno's published benchmarks – and in some specimens, ahead of them. We are on track for our first harvest in August 2026.
8 months after inoculation (August 2025 – April 2026)
UAPI conducted its first export logistics trial in April 2026, processing whole agarwood logs from our Malaysian R&D site at our facility in Zambales, Philippines. Logs were assessed for chips, oil, and carving yield. Laboratory analysis is underway to formally validate inoculant performance and inform production scaling decisions. Results will be published here.
